The other day, we received an offer on our home. It's such an exciting and scary time, especially when the offer comes in much lower than expected. So many things go through your mind, like no way I'm not taking that offer, maybe we priced the house too high, etc. With John's help, the whole situation was less stressful and I feel totally confident that we did the right thing. John didn't try and sway us in any way, he didn't push us to just take whatever was beging offered so he could sell a house. He provided us with more than all the informaiton we needed to confidentally make a decision. I have been so impressed with the experience and knowledge he has. He isn't one of those realtors that got in the buisness when times were good and never had to really know how to sell a house. I feel confident that if our house is going to sell, he will sell it.
